WIXQ.org is the website dedicated to the alumni, students, faculty, and staff of Millersville University (a.k.a. Millersville State College) who helped operate and manage  WMSR-AM and WIXQ-FM since it's inception in 1967 through today. Currently, WIXQ-FM is still Millersville University's college radio station, broadcasting at 91.7 on the Lancaster FM band and WIXQ.com on the World Wide Web.
